Shipping Policy

At nooku Limited, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 5 working days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information via email.

UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail as our primary courier for deliveries within the UK. Tracking details will be sent to the email address you provide once your parcel has been collected. For the most accurate tracking updates, please use the Royal Mail website.

Estimated delivery time within the UK:

1–2 working days

International Shipping

For EU and international orders, we primarily use FedEx. Tracking details will be sent via email once your parcel has shipped. You can track your order accurately through the FedEx website.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 6-8 working days
  • EU: 3-5 working days
  • Rest of the World: Approximately 7 working days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays or adverse weather.

Contact Information

Some couriers may require a contact telephone number for delivery purposes. If requested, nooku Limited will provide your phone number to the courier. Couriers are legally prohibited from using this information for anything other than completing your delivery.

Postal Regulations

All items shipped by nooku Limited are subject to the Postal Services Act 2011. Under this Act, we are legally prohibited from interfering with mail after dispatch, including redirecting, delaying, or arranging redelivery on your behalf. Any redelivery or collection arrangements must be made directly by the recipient with the relevant courier.

Transit Days

Shipments are processed and moved through courier networks on working days only (Monday to Friday). Exceptions may apply depending on the courier.

Loss, Delay, or Damage

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please note:

  • Claims for loss or delay can only be submitted once the following periods have passed:
  • 20 working days (UK orders)
  • 25 working days (International orders)
  • Claims for damage require photo evidence and must be submitted to nooku Limited.

nooku Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or delays once the item is with the courier.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a shipment is marked as "delivered" by the courier, nooku Limited considers it fulfilled. We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered but not received, as we have no control over third-party courier services such as Royal Mail or FedEx.

Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before submitting. nooku Limited is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customs & Duties

EU Orders:

Shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Duties and taxes are included in the purchase price.

Non-EU Orders:

Shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. You may be responsible for local sales taxes, customs duties, and import charges. These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are outside of our control.

You are also responsible for providing any necessary information to your customs office to facilitate delivery. Delays may occur due to customs inspections or local conditions such as weather.

nooku Limited is not liable if customs authorities choose to confiscate your items or apply additional import charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information before placing an order.
