Our Nooku Product Guarantee

This guarantee covers the repair or replacement of your Nooku product for 24 months from the date you bought it.

We'll take care of it if your product has a defect from faulty materials or poor workmanship, as long as it has been used as intended.

If we don't have your product in stock for a repair or replacement, we'll offer you a different product of equal or higher value. If you'd rather wait, we'll send you a replacement once your product is back in stock.

Sometimes, we may choose to replace your faulty item with a refurbished one that has been thoroughly tested and is in great condition.

Please know that this guarantee doesn't affect your legal consumer rights.

What's Not Covered

Our guarantee doesn't cover:

  • Using the product in a way that goes against our Safety Manual.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Damage from outside sources like transit, weather, electrical outages, or power surges.
  • Problems caused by:
    • Careless or negligent use.
    • Not using the product according to the user manual.
    • Using the product with parts or other products that are not from Nooku.
    • Repairs, changes, or modifications you or someone else has made to the product.
  • The natural decline of battery performance over time.
  • The promise that the product will always work without interruption or error.
  • The transfer of the guarantee if you resell your Nooku product.

Guarantee Eligibility

  • Your Nooku guarantee is active from the date you purchased it (or the date it was delivered if that was later).
  • You must provide proof of purchase or delivery before we can do any repair work. Please be sure to save your receipt or delivery note.
  • All repair work will be done by Nooku or one of our approved representatives.
  • If we repair your product, any faulty parts we replace become the property of Nooku.
  • A repair or replacement will not extend the original guarantee period.
  • This guarantee is for domestic use only.

Our Returns Process

If you have an issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us through our support page. Be ready to provide your order number, email address, and a description of the issue.
  2. We will email you a return label that you will need to print.
  3. Include your order and return numbers with the item you're sending back.
  4. Package the product carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Then, send it from a drop-off point or Post Office as we've arranged.
  5. Once we receive the product and confirm it's in satisfactory condition, we'll either replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: If the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in its original packaging, your refund may be reduced to cover the loss in value. In some cases, we may make the return available for you to collect without a refund.

If you are responsible for paying for shipping, you will also be responsible for arranging and paying for any insurance you think is appropriate. We recommend keeping a copy of your shipping documents and tracking number until your refund has been processed.

We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you. If you live outside the UK, you may have to pay customs duties. You can find more information about customs duties on our help centre.

Important: If you bought your Nooku product from a retailer like Amazon, you must return it to them for a refund. Different retailers have different return policies, so please check their rules beforehand.
